For 99% of our orders we use Royal Mail to deliver your goods.
Please find below the average delivery times for the delivery methods we offer during checkout.
Please keep in mind, these are only the average/estimated delivery timeframes and are NOT 100% guarantees that your items will arrive within the timeframes below once dispatched.
It is Royal Mail who physically deliver the goods, not us personally, so we cannot guarantee or promise any delivery dates/times other than with Special Delivery postage.
We will do our best to get your order into their hands as soon as we can, as long as we have everything needed from you to process the order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
If Monday is a bank holiday, then orders will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday instead.
For delivery methods with a tracked postage, once the order has been dispatched, please reply to the dispatch notification e-mail and request them. We will reply with the tracking information as soon as we can.
