ITEM DESCRIPTION

This listing is for thirty 1.5" edible cupcake toppers printed on a Frosted Icing Sheet (also known as frosting sheets), using edible ink.

We can work with a maximum of three images per order, in the following ways:
1 Image, 30 cupcake toppers.
2 Images, 15 cupcake toppers per image.
3 Images, 10 cupcake toppers per image.

Due to the size of the cupcake toppers, we are unfortunately NOT able to personalise them with a message. They will also be uncut and will require you to cut out each cupcake topper individually using a pair of clean, dry scissors. Please check the “How To Apply The Cupcake Toppers” section for more information.

This design may also be available as a larger cake topper. If you require a larger cake topper or perhaps a different style/design, please search the cake toppers section of our shop!

The order will be sent in a resealable plastic bag to help it remain fresh and within a cardboard backed envelope for protection. They will last for up to 12 months if stored in a cool, dry, flat location (somewhere like a cupboard or drawer works perfectly) and within the original packaging but we recommend using them within three months of purchase for best results.

HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR CUPCAKE TOPPERS

After you have placed your order, please send us a message with the image/images you want so we can start work on the designs for you.

Once we have the image/images we will start work on the designs and may send you a draft of the design to see/approve. If we do send you a draft then we will not be able to proceed with the order until you have approved the draft and we know you are 100% happy with it.

Please reply ASAP with your thoughts if we do send you a draft. Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in delays to your order being processed.

HOW TO APPLY THE CUPCAKE TOPPERS

Please make sure to read this section in full before ordering, as we do not supply instructions on how to use the toppers with the order itself. We do this to keep our paper usage low, helping the environment, plus it helps to keep costs down for yourself :)

To apply the cupcake toppers, simply cut them out with a pair of clean, dry scissors. Once you have cut them out, apply the toppers onto the cupcakes using a VERY SMALL amount of water and gently press down with your clean, dry hands going from the middle outwards until the topper melds to the cake nicely.

There will be a clear plastic backing that you will need to peel off before applying the toppers to the cupcakes. If the backing does not want to separate from the icing sheet, a SHORT 5 second chill in the fridge can help to firm up the icing, allowing the backing to separate easier.

Be careful applying the cupcake toppers onto freshly creamed or buttercream cakes, as the fat in some types of cream will dissolve frosted icing sheets over time. If you’re not sure, then wait to apply the cupcake toppers until the day of the event and use the cupcakes as soon as possible to avoid the toppers from getting ruined.

Once a cupcake topper has been applied to a cupcake do not put the cupcakes in the fridge or any cold location, as the cold temperature will cause the toppers to become brittle and crack, ruining the image.

All orders are delivered to you by Royal Mail. As it is Royal Mail who physically deliver the orders, not us personally, we cannot guarantee or promise any delivery dates/times.

We will do our best to get your order into their hands as soon as we can, as long as we have everything needed from you to process the order.
